Family Services Provided

Intake Fee: $50. Per parent= (60 min) to meet with each parent separately, review all court orders. (fees varies with time)

2. Visit Hourly- Standard $50. = Non-violent.
Visit Hourly - Severe Case $75. = violence, some sort of abuse.
(fees varies with time)

3. Detailed Reports: as follows
1- Day = $75.
2- Days = $150.
3 Days = $225.
4 -Days (monthly) = $300.

4. Visit Cancellation Fee = $75. (no refunds)
5. Exchange Rate: (if child/children need to be driven to and from exchanges, visitations, Etc.) = $70. + (fee depends on the location/distant)
Exchange-Long Distant (up to 30 miles) = $45. (begins @ $15. Each direction with-in 10 miles. If further than 10 miles then the rate increases to $20. Up to 30 miles each direction. $45. Each direction up to 60 miles. If location is further than 60 miles, it will be determined by the provider.
6. Court Appearance per day (daily rate) $500. (if provider is subpoena to attend court)
7. Supervised Phone Call ( 15 min) = $25.
8. Supervised Phone Call (30. min) = $50.

9. Visit at a Location, if needed (hourly rate) = $25. *** THIS IS AN ADDITION TO THE HOURLY RATE OF THE STANDARD VISITATION FEE*** of violent /non-violent visitation hourly rates.
